Last week Tuesday Plus news reported on the theft of a Toyota Hilix from the Garden City Plaza parking lot belonging to Atlantic Bank. Belmopan Police have no in Custody to answer for that incident BUT TONIGHT we have yet another similar instance of car theft, again in Belmopan! 26yr old Sandry Lien, Belizean Businesswoman reported to Belmopan Police that on Friday of last week around 6:30pm she arrived at Golden City Plaza where she parked a green color Toyota Fortuna with L/P C-00031belonging to her husband, Lien Chun Hsien beside two other vehicles.  Lien told police that as she exited the vehicle and as she was about to walk towards the gate, her 5 year old daughter alerted her that someone was behind the vehicle.  As she made her way to see who it was, she was approached by two Creole descent male persons.  One of them held an unknown object in his hand and demanded her to hand over the vehicle keys, one of the male persons then grabbed her covering her mouth and face, while the other male person took the vehicle key from her and started the vehicle.  She then ran to get help and both male persons made good their escape in the vehicle.  Police investigation continues.
