Police have issued an update on their investigations in the murder of Corozal resident Israel Matu. On Sunday Matu was found nude, with visible injuries to his body in a canefield in Chan Chen Village. A post mortem examination conducted on his body shows that he died from a blow to the head with a blunt object. In addition, Police have arrested and charged 35 year Venancio Williams and 33 year old Arturo Keme, both of Chan Chen Village with Matu’s murder.
