vlcsnap-2013-10-24-08h05m36s95vlcsnap-2013-10-24-08h06m04s124On Wednesday morning trial was scheduled for House of Representatives Sergeant-At-Arms Brian “Yellowman” Audinett and Allan Kelly, accused of  using insulting words, harm, assaulting and wounding a police officer and common assault and threatening words on Philip “Fawda” Henry and  PC#1366, Wilbert Chi. However, the matter was adjourned to December 13, 2013, after Magistrate Hattie Mae Stuart was not in court for hearing. On July 13 around 6:00 a.m., Philip Henry told police, he was buying food in front of the bus terminal, when a grey pickup parked behind him. Two men he claims were Allan Kelly and Brian Audinett exited the vehicle and allegedly assaulted Mr Henry, dislocating his jawbone and injuring his eye. Both men are out on bail but must stay away from Philip Henry and his family members, and that they must stay away from areas where Mr Henry may be at any time until the case is disposed of.
