Belmopan Bandits gearing up for Honduras team

The Belmopan Bandits Football Club Held a Press briefing  at the Isodoro Beaton Stadium in Belmopan today where they introduced their Players and unveiled their three new players’ Jerseys. Here is a look at the 2018 Jersey’s for the Belmopan Bandits football Club. We also took the opportunity to speak to the Belmopan Bandits head coach about

their recent trip to Honduras, where the team took a 2 to 0 defeat against the Honduran football team, Motagua. He told us that he is confident the Belmopan Bandits can garner a victory at their home game against the Honduran team.

Belmopan Bandits Head Coach: Well what I see, I think we give up too much space in the second half. We did not continue the game plan we had in the first half. When you’re playing against a team like that, who are professional people, a little mistake they capitalize on. We faulted in midfield and defense, so this time we need to make sure we have everything in order. Well when we came home, we went to the drawing board and made sure that the little things that we were short, we would put in place. Our field is a little smaller than their pitch so I think that it is easy for us to fill the gap. We need to be out there from the time that the whistle blows while still taking care of our defense. Our thing is that everybody needs to defend and everybody needs to attack. We need to get a goal as early as we can, and move on from there. I am sure we can do that.

The Belmopan Bandits Football Club will be facing the Motagua Football Club from Honduras on Tuesday August 7th at the Isodoro Beaton Stadium in Belmopan.
