Police have made arrests for the murder of farmer Luciano Evaristo Bul. Earlier this week PlusTv reported on the cruel murder of the 55 year old farmer. Evaristo Bul of San Pedro Columbia Village was chopped multiple times and then shot multiple times. According to police, Bul was involved in a land dispute case at the Alcalde Court on the 26th of December over his land. After that hearing Bul was reportedly threatened and a few hours later, his body was found lying on the road between San Pedro Columbia Village and San Miguel Village, about 1/2mile after the San Pedro Columbia Bridge. Bul was lying in a pool of blood with multiple chop wounds to the left side of the head and shoulder and several gunshot wounds to the left side of the chest and the right elbow. On Monday, the 28th of December, a 410 shotgun believed to be the firearm used to commit the murder was recovered from an area about 1/4mile from Pedro Cus Jr’s house in San Pedro Columbia Village along with a 223 semi-automatic rifle and magazine with (5) 5.56 live rounds. The following day, Tuesday December 29th, police arrested and charged 21-year-old Pedro Cus Jr. for the offences of being in “Possession of Prohibited Firearm, being in possession of Prohibited Ammunition and Kept Firearm without a Gun License”. Later that day, police arrested and charged 18-year-old Robert Chen and 20-year-old Seferino Cho, both of the San Pedro Columbia Village with the murder of 55-year-old Luciano Evaristo Bul, farmer of San Pedro Columbia Village. Police are seeking one more person as investigations continue.
