Canadian National murdered in her Consejo home

vlcsnap-2013-10-31-07h03m59s65The relative peace of Consejo Village, Corozal District was shattered with this week’s latest bloody homicide. At around 7:00 pm police visited the residence of 57 year old Patricia Lynn Nichiporowich,  a Canadian National. They arrived at a two story concrete building where they found the lifeless body of Nichiporowich, laying on the floor face down in a pool of blood. Multiple stab wounds were found on the body and neck of woman. Initial investigations have revealed that around 6:15 pm neighbors heard the gut wrenching screams of a woman coming from within the building. No one was found at the crime scene. However, police discovered several footprints beneath the staircase as well as an eight inch stainless steel knife smeared in blood.  Our colleagues at Corozal Daily say that on the woman’s husband had just left the country on Monday, October 28th. We have also been informed that Patricia Lynn Nichiporowich was well recognized by Worldwide Who’s Who for Excellence in Mold Inspection. Police Investigations continue.
