Contraband cigarettes confiscated in Guatemala believed from Belize

A report issued by the Guatemalan news “Agencia Guatemalteca de Noticias” states that Guatemalan police intercepted a truck yesterday driven at the time by 31 year old Guatemalan National, Henry Noe Garcia Urizar. The truck was intercepted near the village of Poptun in the town of Peten, Guatemala. That truck was allegedly carrying contraband cigarettes;  a total of nine million  nine hundred and forty cigarettes. Also in the truck were 48 bottles of Whiskey. The article states that the contraband items were believed to have been coming from Belize. The contraband goods were confiscated by Guatemalan police.vlcsnap-2016-03-18-14h00m34s830
