Gas Tomza  robbed of $3,600

Recently, quite a few businesses have been robbed. The latest one is Gas Tomza located at 1 1/2 Miles on the George Price Highway in Belize City. According to police reports, a Salvadoran, 24-year-old Irvin Carranza, reported to police that about 8:40 p.m., on Tuesday June 6, he was inside the establishment when a male person walked in and held him up with a knife. He demanded money and fearing for his life, he handed over the money from the day’s sales which amounted to $3,600. He also handed over  a cell phone. The male person then made good his escape on a bicycle. Police investigations continue.
