23 year old Harry Montero was arraigned for the robbery. A total of 3 persons have since been arraigned for the armed robbery of Harpy’s Security Company on Antelope Street Extension where a security officer was held at gun point and 2 guns along with his handheld radio were stolen. The robbery occurred last week Friday, July 27, 2018. On Monday morning, Montero was arraigned only for kept firearm and ammunition. He was denied bail and remanded. On Friday afternoon, two minors, ages 16 and 17, were also arraigned on robbery charges in connection to the Harpy Security incident. Today, it was Montero’s turn to face that additional robbery charge. According to police reports, on Thursday, July 26, police officers were on patrol in the Saint Martin de Pores area when they were informed of a robbery on Antelope Street Extension and that the culprits were three persons who were seen running towards Pitters Street. The cops visited the area where they met three persons running, fitting the description given to them. One of the men, identified as Harry Montero, threw down a gun he was holding. The minors, since they are said to have been shot by police during their detention, were both granted bail of three thousand dollars on Monday afternoon when they appeared before Senior Magistrate Aretha Ford. All three accused in this robbery pleaded not guilty. All three accused are due back in Court on October 3, 2018, for the first time together.
