“This morning like I said we had indication that the mother ID’d the body as that of her son. We are waiting for further confirmation with other things to conclusively say that’s the person.”

Reporter

“What name are you referring to as having gotten partial conformation? Is this Mr. Usher?”

Sr. Supt. Edward Broaster

“Yes.”

On July 18 around 1:46 p.m., 18-year-old Daisy Williams of the same address reported that on July 16, 2015, around 7:20 p.m. her common-law husband Kelvin Usher had left their house and up to the point of making the report has not returned. What was left of the body was found lying face down in some bushes on the side of the road. Police investigation continues according to CIB chief Hilberto Romero.

“Was it burned beyond recognition?”

Supt. Hilberto Romero

“Yes it was burnt beyond recognition.”

Reporter

“Have you all been able to determine from the scene if the body was dumped there or burned there?”

Supt. Hilberto Romero

“Yes we believe that the body was thrown there. It was burned somewhere else.”

Reporter
“Based on your expertise as investigators, that the body was burnt to conceal evidence?”

Supt. Hilberto Romero

“We are not sure why it was burnt. The doctor will do his post mortem and give us his findings and then we can carry the investigation further.”

Reporter

“Sir can you tell us how the body was discovered?”

Supt. Hilberto Romero

“Somebody passed and saw the body there and they called for the police.”
