Two nights ago, we brought you the story of a bus driver who was attacked and rob by a man wielding an icepick. That man, believed to be Candelario Lemus was captured by police as he attempted to the flee scene. On Monday, he was arraigned on the charges of aggravated assault, robbery and damage to property. He plead not guilty and was granted a $2,000 bail. Initially, he was not able to meet bail, but on Tuesday, he did and so was released from prison. He is due back in court on June 4th.
