Man detained for murder of Darrrell Wade

vlcsnap-2013-09-26-08h39m13s92Police have issued details on the murder of an 18 year old of Orange Walk Town who was killed on Wednesday afternoon. According to police reports, on Tuesday September 24th at  3:45pm, 18 year old Darrell Wade was walking on Stadium Street, Orange Walk Town along with three students after school. He had stopped at a food stall in front of the People’s Stadium back gate; when he was approached by Keith Gaynair. Reports are that Kieth Gaynair pointed at Darrel Wade and said “it’s you I want”. Keith Gaynair then reportedly stabbed Darrel Wade three times; twice in his chest and once in his back. Darrel managed to run but fell on the side of the street in front of a store. With the aid of passersby, Darrel was rushed to the hospital but died while undergoing surgery.  Darrel Wade of Biscayne Village was a student of New Hope High school, Orange Walk Town.  Police have since detained 25 year old Keith Gaynair pending charges and have recovered a knife believed to have been the weapon used to stab Darrel Wade.
