Manager of Pesticide Control Board and boyfriend held up at gunpoint

A couple was held up at gunpoint. According to police report, 49-year-old manager and registrar officer of the Pesticide Control Board residing at Central Farm told Police that on Saturday at 9:40 p.m., she arrived home in a Grey Toyota Hilux Pickup belonging to the Pesticide Control Board. Upon entering her home, she was attacked by a male person of dark complexion and slim built who had his face concealed vlcsnap-2017-05-31-11h17m08s607with a piece of black cloth. Also attacked was her 49-year-old boyfriend who was with her at the time. The culprit managed to steal her leather handbag containing personal documents and bank cards,  $4000.00 Euro in various denominations and a cell phone. Meanwhile money and cell phone was also taken from the boyfriend . The culprit then made good his escape using the Grey Toyota Hilux pickup valued at approximately $50,000.00.  Quick police response led to the capture of the culprit and the recovery of all stolen items along with the Toyota Hilux. The perpetrator is in police custody pending charges of Aggravated Burglary.
