30-year-old Manuel Sho narrowly escaped death after sustaining chopped wounds. Sho reported to police that at approximately 2:48 p.m., yesterday 22 May, Monday afternoon, he was sitting on a picnic table by the Primary School in the Red Bank Village, when a 15 year old male student approached him with a machette and chopped him multiple times. Sho said that the minor chopped him below the left side of his neck causing a large cut wound and to the right forearm. According to Sho, he was chopped for no apparent reason, as he had never had any altercation with the youth nor any exchange of words.
