Money stolen from James Bus

Commuters who use public transportation will know that – you board on a bus with the condition that you pay the required bus fee, but this past Friday, two men decided to play by their own rules and walked off with close to $300 after a short ride on a James Bus. On 2pm that afternoon, the bus conductor, travelling from Belmopan City to Dangriga, reported to Police that while passing Armenia Village, three Hispanic men boarded the bus, however they reportedly refused to pay. They were about to be kicked off in St. Margaret Village, but that’s when one of the men reportedly took out a firearm and pointed it at the conductor and proceeded to rob him of the Bus Line’s black purse. The men then fled with the bag, which contained $250.00, Police say they are investigating.
