33 year old Theodore Parchue, also known as the dancehall and reggae musician “Bobo Youth,” was found dead on the banks of the Haulover Creek on the Northside, near the Farmers Market, early this morning. Police have released no details and so what may have led to Parchue’s death is not known. As Bobo Youth, he was a top recording star in the early 2000’s, but ended up serving a seven-year jail sentence for burglary of the old HL’s Burger franchise on Freetown Road in September of 2005. This was one of more than 20 criminal convictions for various offences. Even so, he was respected in the artistic community. Police are investigating.
