It is said that a picture is worth a thousand words,. But one picture taken by a tortilla factory worker has become somewhat of a mystery. The photographer is adamant about the authenticity of a spooky image that made it onto a picture he took of the tortilla factory after the rains a few weeks ago, supposedly around Halloween time.
“I don’t remember the day, but it was a rainy day. I took the picture and was just standing in front of that door there and I didn’t see any face before I took the picture, but when I flashed the camera, I clicked the picture, then I commenced to see the picture good. I saw that face and I get frightened; I got jumpy! I never really paid mind to it and I showed it to the other workers right here. They say that da something weird. Dem tel me mek ah deliit the picture because it might be something bad…so, I delete it out”.
Of course, shadows and lights create certain images depending on angles but we must admit it is a strange image, if it is at all genuine. The photographer was asked why he brought it to the media and if he thinks it holds any significance.
“I no really think so because we…3:30 we come out.”
Well, we don’t want to leave you with any “weird impressions” as we close tonight’s broadcast so instead we leave you with the word of God. Our verse for this week is taken from….. Matthew 9:13 “But go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy, not sacrifice.’ For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”
