Police have discovered more drugs in the Stann Creek District. PlusTV correspondent Harry Arzu has the story.

Personnel from the Police Special Branch and the Quick Response Team conducted an anti-drug operation this morning in Alta Vista Village in the Stann Creek District. The operation, which got underway at 4 a.m. today, resulted in the discovery of some 3,500 grams of processed marijuana.
Police here in Dangriga reported that during operations, they conducted a search on 30 years-old Erasmus Castillanos, who they claimed was acting suspiciously. Police further informed us that they found 124.9 grams of suspected cannabis in his right hand, and 2.1 grams on his right ear. As a result, Police charged Castillanos for one count of Drug Trafficking, and one count of Drug Possession.
A further search of the surroundings led to the discovery of some 3,500 grams of marijuana, which was labeled as Found Property, since no-one was in the immediate area at the time of the discovery.
