There was a shooting in Belize City this weekend. On Sunday February 7 at around 5:30, shots were fired on Neal’s Pen Road where 42-year-old Austin Garbutt of Belize City was shot to the right ankle. Police say that Garbutt was standing on Neal’s Pen Road when a male person approached and fired several shots at him causing his injury. Garbutt was admittedto hospital and is listed as stable.
