vlcsnap-2013-04-18-19h55m38s186Well at this time I’ve just made a presentation the Southern Formation that had performed well. That has gone better than the other three Formations this past month.  It is in my continuing policy to reward those formations that exceed expectations and do better than the others.  So we’re continuing with that program, to provide an incentive  to those who work above and beyond.
