Three persons in San Pedro arrested for Drug Trafficking

Three men were arrested in San Pedro for drug trafficking. According to police reports, On Monday June 12, police were conducting mobile patrol on Sail Fish Street San Pedro Town, when their attention was drawn to three male persons sitting on a fence by the seaside. When the men saw the police vehicle, one of the male persons placed an item on the ground. A search was conducted in the area where the three men were standing and police found a transparent bag containing 6.9 grams of cocaine. Police arrested and charged the three men identified as  27-year-old Kenny Funez,  a Belizean cook of San Pedro Town, 26-year-old Justin August, a Belizean labourer of San Pedro Town and 33-year-old German Ramon, a Belizean maintenance man also of San Pedro Town. All three were charged for the offence of Drug Trafficking.
