Three of eight persons who were charged yesterday with ammunition offences, were released on Wednesday on bails of 8,000 each. They are Dean Nembhard, Sherilee Ovadoand a 14 year old girl. Justice John Gonzalez, who heard the bail applications, offered them on the condition that the petitioners do not interfere with the prosecution witnesses, that they report to the police station every Friday until the case is concluded and that if they are charged with any offence while on bail that they be brought before a magistrate or a supreme court judge immediately. The three along with five others were arraigned before Chief Magistrate, Anne Marie Smith who remanded them into custody until April 9. They were charged with kept 9 rounds of .45 calibre ammunition without a gun license and possession of 35 grams of cannabis. Police charged them after they went to an abandoned house and found the ammunition and cannabis.
