Two men charged with stealing corn

Two residents of Camalote and one of Roaring Creek Village have been arrested and charged for stealing corn. The Manager of Reimer’s Feed Mill visited the Belmopan Police station on Monday Feb 18th and stated that on the same day at about 10:30am he visited his corn field located in Camalote Village across the river, where on arrival his field manager and watchman reported to him that they had caught 3 male person stealing 8 sacks of green corn valued about $1200.00bcy. The  (8) sacks of green corn were recovered and police  arrested and charged 18yr old Wayne Zelaya and 20yr old Joe Zelaya both of Camalote Village along with 23yr old Jaime Arnold of Roaring Creek Village for the crime of Theft.
