Two teenagers shot in Belize City

Two teenagers were shot in Belize City last night.  18-year-old Rodrick Williams of Belize City was shot to the abdomen, hand and  back while 19-year-old Aleem Richardson, also of Belize City, was shot to the right small finger.

According to police reports, at 9:20p.m. on Monday August 25, both Rodrick Williams and Aleem Richardson were standing at the corner of Iguana Street Extension and Elston Kerr Street, when they were approached by a man of dark complexion, who pulled out a handgun and fired several shots in their direction causing their injuries.  Both men were transported to the K.H.M.H. where they were admitted in stable conditions.  Police investigations continue.
