Women unite for gender equality

Thousands of women – and some men in support – marched from the Memorial Park in Belize City and rallied  at the Marion Jones Sporting Complex at the annual 20,000 Strong Women’s Empowerment Rally calling for true gender equality. But what does gender equality mean? What exactly is holding women back these days? And what role do men play in securing it?
